Once a tuition fee transaction is successfully processed via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay), your enrollment is immediately confirmed, digital licenses are assigned, and access to our intellectual property is instantaneously activated. Consequently, no requests for cancellation, withdrawal, or cash refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

If, due to internet lag, payment gateway timeouts, or accidental double-clicking, a student's bank account is debited more than once for the exact same course within a 24-hour period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
If funds were debited from the student's bank account but Razorpay reported the transaction as "Failed" or "Timed Out," resulting in no course enrollment being activated on the EdVidhi platform, the funds are automatically reconciled and returned.
All technical duplicate deductions and unfulfilled payment reconciliations are processed directly back to the original source payment instrument (UPI, Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Discretionary Batch Transfer / Rescheduling Policy
While fees are strictly non-refundable, EdVidhi recognizes that candidates may occasionally encounter unforeseen life events, medical emergencies, or conflicting examination dates:
- Under genuine, documented exigencies, a student may request a one-time batch transfer to a subsequent cohort of the same course.
- A batch transfer request must be submitted in writing to
support@edvidhi.inprior to the completion of 15% of the live batch lectures. - Grant of batch transfer is at the sole academic discretion of EdVidhi management, subject to batch seat availability, and does not entitle the student to any cash refund.
7. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Unlawful Payment Disputes
Initiating unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback requests with your issuing bank or credit card company after enrolling in a course and accessing proprietary lecture videos or test materials constitutes a breach of contract:
In the event of an unlawful chargeback, EdVidhi will immediately terminate all platform access, cancel student certificates, blacklist the candidate across connected educational portals, and submit comprehensive access logs, IP timestamps, and enrollment agreement records to the banking ombudsman and payment gateway. EdVidhi reserves the right to recover chargeback fees and legal costs through appropriate judicial forums.
