3. Single-User Personal License & Account Integrity

Upon enrollment and payment verification, EdVidhi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to access the purchased course modules and live classroom sessions solely for your personal academic preparation:

• No Credential Sharing: Your login credentials, Microsoft Teams meeting invites, and LMS access passcodes are personal to you. You shall not share, transfer, sublicense, or sell your account to any other person.
• Anti-Piracy Concurrency Detection: EdVidhi utilizes automated concurrency monitoring. Simultaneous active streams or logins from multiple IP addresses or distinct geographic locations trigger immediate security lockdowns.
• Account Responsibility: You are strictly liable for all activities, test submissions, and communications executed under your authenticated profile.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Strict Anti-Piracy Covenant

All content hosted on EdVidhi—including recorded video masterclasses, live lecture streams, judgment writing templates, bare act concordance charts (IPC-BNS, CrPC-BNSS, Evidence-BSA), model Mains answers, mock test questions, and curriculum compendiums—constitutes the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of EdVidhi Educational Services and Akash Karanwal, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Live Classes on Microsoft Teams & Classroom Decorum

Live batches are hosted on enterprise Microsoft Teams infrastructure. As future judicial officers, prosecutors, and corporate counsels, students are expected to maintain the highest standards of classroom decorum:

• Courtroom Discipline: Microphones must remain muted during lectures unless prompted by faculty. Questions should be posed via the designated hand-raise or chat mechanisms.
• Zero Tolerance for Disruptions: Profanity, defamatory statements, harassment of peers or faculty, political campaigning, or spamming classroom channels will lead to immediate expulsion without warning or refund.
• Meeting Link Secrecy: Disseminating Microsoft Teams invite links or passcodes to non-enrolled individuals constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate cancellation of enrollment.

6. Tuition Fees, Payment Terms & Non-Refund Covenant

All tuition fees must be remitted in full or in authorized installment plans prior to receiving active batch credentials. All fee transactions are securely processed via Razorpay.

7. Evaluated Test Series Guidelines & Submission Protocol

For courses featuring evaluated Mains mock test papers and judgment writing assignments:

• Students must submit clean, legible, scanned PDF copies of their handwritten answer sheets via the portal within the prescribed batch submission window.
• Evaluators review answer copies line-by-line, providing feedback and scoring rubrics within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) working hours of submission.
• Unsubmitted test quotas expire upon the conclusion of course validity and cannot be carried forward to subsequent cohorts.

8. Academic & Result Disclaimers

EdVidhi delivers rigorous curriculum instruction, updated bare act indexing, and proven judgment writing pedagogy. However, competitive legal examinations (such as Delhi Judicial Service, UP PCS-J, MP Civil Judge, CLAT PG, or UPSC) are governed by statutory bodies and High Courts.

EdVidhi does not represent, warrant, or guarantee selection, rank, appointment, or employment in any judicial service, public commission, or national law university. Final candidate outcomes are entirely dependent on individual intellectual diligence, examination hall performance, and statutory vacancy rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, EdVidhi, its mentors, faculty, evaluators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, telecommunication latency, or inability to access services.

In all circumstances, EdVidhi's aggregate financial liability arising out of or related to your course enrollment shall be strictly capped at the actual amount paid by you for the specific course in dispute.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EdVidhi, its founder, faculty, staff, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful redistribution of copyrighted content, or misconduct during live classroom interactions.

11. Suspension & Termination

EdVidhi reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account access without refund upon:

• Engaging in unauthorized screen capture, download, or sharing of video lectures.
• Distributing login credentials or Teams classroom links to unauthorized parties.
• Disruptive, offensive, abusive, or defamatory behavior directed at faculty or fellow aspirants.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes raised with card issuers after consuming digital course material.

12. Governing Law, Arbitration & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
